Traffic deaths reach 47

A 20-YEAR-OLD  cyclist became the 8^th traffic fatality in Chiriquí, on Sunday February  14 when he was hit by a pickup truck.  His death brings the number of deaths on Panama roads this year to 47, over one a day.

Alexander Marcusi Giron died at the scene  in the Café Flor sector. He was the third cyclist to die in a road accident in the province. The driver of the pickup was a 25-year old man.
