The beefed up Joint Task Force (FTC), watching out for bad driving during carnival said that all the events have occurred outside the coverage area of the Carnival.
Preliminary reports from the FTC eveal that in the first 12 hours of Carnival a total of 22 drivers were detained for driving under the influence of alcohol.
