RICARDO MARTINELLI, former Panama President has joined FIFA, Brazil’s Petrobas and former Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak as a finalist in a competition for the most emblematic case of corruption in the world.
They are four of 15 finalists in the competition, an initiative that is driven by Transparency International.

The voting concludes Feb. 10 and the “winner” will be announced later in the month.
“Corruption is the abuse of power which benefits a few at the expense of many, and causes serious harm to individuals and society,” the group said.
