Lunar eclipse over Panama Sunday
IF THE RAIN clouds don’t obstruct the view, Panama will see the moon change to a reddish hue, followed by a a total lunar eclipse after 7 m on Sunday, September 27.
It will be the second and last in 2015. The previous eclipse took place on April 5.
the eclipse will begin at 7:11 pm, arriving at its maximum point at 9:47 pm and end on Monday 28 at 12:22 am
The eclipse will be seen with the naked eye without equipment and
Panama’s Amateur Astronomy Association (AAPA) will organize a free public observation at the Amador Causeway, from 7:00 pm “Everyone is invited, telescopes will be available and our partners we will be explaining the eclipse and answering any questions” said an AAPA member.
