Flooding, and wind damage in Panama City

July 7, 2015

HIGH WINDS and heavy rain on Monday, July 6 caused flooding, brought trees and lifted roofs in Panama City. But, reports the National Civil Protection System (Sinaproc), there were no injuries.

 The downpour came before high tide ion the Panamanian Pacific coast, which begins at 7:08 pm and is estimated at 16.5 feet.
