Martinelli side-kick to return to face the music

ADOLFO “CHICHI” de Obarrio, the former private secretary of Panama’s ex-President, Ricardo Martinelli, will return to the country in October, according to his lawyer Edna Ramos.

He too is being investigated for “irregularities” in the Program Ramos said that her client will be present for a preliminary hearing set for Oct. 21 reports La Prensa.
De Obarrio is also facing a separate investigation related to PAN irregularities, but no hearing has been set in that case.
De Obarrio reportedly left the country on December 25 last year. He has been accused of arranging contracts given by the PAN on behalf of Martinelli
