Fresh evidence, new hearing,for suspended judge

SUSPENDED Supreme Court Judge Alejandro Moncada Luna will face another hearing in the National Assembly to bring under control the apprehension of new bank accounts linked to him following a request to the Assembly’s Warranty Guarantee judges from Deputy Pedro Miguel González, in his role as prosecutor.

González, also confirmed that on Wednesday, December 17, an investigation of Moncada Luna’s office was carried out.
 Ana Beatriz Bouche, who for years was employed by Moncada Luna,participated. Bouche at the beginning of the investigation said her former boss had bought two apartments in Coco del Mar, since his appointment as magistrate. For both properties ,he disbursed $1.7 million, according to an article published inLa Prensa.
It was Bouche who confirmed that less than four years ago Moncada Luna testified under oath before a notary, that he owned nothing but 2005 a Toyota Land Cruiser 2005 and a President Type Rolex gold watch.
Gonzalez said that the request for a rehearing is due to some measures it has adopted after the apprehension of other accounts and examination of evidence. for which is asking for permission.
