Uplifting Panamas pedestrian shopping center

PLANS to spruce up Panama’s only pedestrian shopping thoroughfare, motivated by Panama Mayor Jose Isabel Blaandon are moving ahead with the publication in the Government Gazette of regulations for signs and building facades along Avenida Central .

 The measures also include regulations for the disposal of waste and the location of street vendors in an area that is a favorite visiting spot for tourists.
