Arias sidelined as kick goes astray
A PHOTO op kick at a soccer ball went astray for CD presidential candidate José Domingo Arias on Friday October 17.
Instead of a nifty pass or shot on goal while campaigning in Chilibre, he left the “electoral” field with an injury and was sidelined through Saturday and Sunday
"Arias is okay, he is walking well. It was a slight problem in his leg, like a cramp," said his team manager José Muñoz who explained that the star player would spend the weekend resting.
"Soon you will see him in the streets," he added.
The incident occurred in the town of Tranquilla, located in Lake Alajuela, when Arias tried to kick a soccer ball.
