Archbishop condemns political immaturity

A CALL to stop “political immaturity” from destroying society came from the Archbishop of Panama, José Domingo Ulloa on Sunday September 8.

He followed up on Monday with a message to politicians to stop their attacks with cheap shots aimed at the general elections of May 2014, and to comply with the ethical pact, signed by all parties except the current rulers.

Ulloa said a "new kind of politics" was needed and politicians, have a great responsibility towards the country.
What the public is calling for is the presentation of a campaign in which [politicians can present concrete projects he said.
People also play an important role and must study what each candidate offers.
