Panama to appear on new black list

HIGH on the agenda when Colombian President Juan M. Santos and President Ricardo Martinelli meet will be a new black list of tax havens.

Colombia is preparing a decree that would lead to the listing of countries considered tax havens, which would include Panama.
The announcement was made  Monday by the Colombian newspaper Portfolio.
