Truck accident cuts power supplies

Curundu Heights and some areas of Albrook were without electrical service for several hours through Saturday afternoon and evening April 13, after a truck hit utility poles.

The accident, which occurred near the  the Customs Authority at 2:00 pm, caused extensive damage to hydro poles and brought down communication cables and power lines said Fenosa,  the supplier of natural gas and electricity, in a press release .
