Vital Voices completes first mentoring program

Panama Vital Voices an NGO dedicated to promoting women's leadership in Panama country, celebrated the completion of the first 9-months mentoring program sponsored by the U.S. Embassy.

During the mentoring program the entrepreneurs shared their experience to help participants optimize their businesses in the hands of an entrepreneur with extensive experience (the mentor).
They met once a week and developed a comprehensive plan that included workshops to enhance their skills and abilities, as well as the review of all aspects of the business, which helped boost the company’s efectivenesss Vital Voices of Panama monitored and evaluated the process.

The closing ceremony of the program was attended by the U.S. ambassador in Panama, Jonathan Farrar and directors of Vital Voices of Panama.
