Lawyer killer suspect previously acquitted of attempted murder

Christopher Roman and Efrain Rodriguez, died in a fusillade of bullets outside a bar in Plaza Cordoba, Vista Hermosa, on August 15.

Prosecutor Sofanor Espinoza  did not release the names of the suspects who were inthe area when the murder was committed.

One was investigated for attempted murder two years ago and was acquitted by a jury as the victim could not identify him as her attacker.

Three other men are being held on suspicion of the murders, and have, say earlier reports, maintained a  “code of silence.”
