Panama’s Internal Revenue Service says that is the last date for paying property tax for the first quarter of the year.

As April 30 falls on Saturday this year, and Monday,  is a national holiday in Panama (Labor Day), the ministry will allow payments to be made the next business day, Tuesday, May 3.

DGI officials reminded condo owners  that there property is taxed at 1% of land value.
