A mayor testing the patience of the citizens

The mayor of the capital city tests, once again, the fragile patience of the citizens who live in this district. The attempts to salvage what he could not defend because of a lack of administrative capacity, probably end up in the same waste bin as the votes   he received in the last election. The mayor wasted a great opportunity: he has not done anything that serves to improve public opinion about his management.
