Minister gets $200,000 debt payment

Thirty seven days after leaving the (PRD) Democratic Revolutionary Party to join the Democratic Change party founded by president, Ricardo Martinelli, the government authorized a $200,000 direct payment to  the new recruit says La Prensa

A company owned by  Minister of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (Ampyme), Giselle Burillo  was the beneficiary. It was,  to pay an alleged debt that the state acquired between May 2005 and April 2007. Burillo was the owner of a building in that period, but after facing financial problems the place was abandoned and sold.
