The National Civil Protection System (Sinaproc) issued a warning on Friday to avoid exposing yourself to the high levels of radiation that will be occurring both on the Caribbean slope and in the Pacific through Tuesday,  March 28.

According to the entity, these indices will range from very high to extreme (12-15).

To avoid exposure, the authority reiterates the following recommendations:

Stay hydrated; Try to wear light clothing; Protect yourself from the sun, wear a hat; Wear sunglasses with UV protection; Avoid hours of higher UV radiation; Look for shady places between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.; Put on sunscreen.
