Coronavirus  recoveries climb ICU cases fall

Panama’s Ministry of Health (Minsa) reported  on Friday, April 24  that  there were 48 new recoveries of coronavirus patients certified with two laboratory tests -, the highest number in a day, to date  while   the number of people in  intensive care is the lowest for 18 days

In total there are 319 recoveries by laboratory tests and 2,260 recovered clinically (without symptoms).

The update of cases reflects that there are 5,338 confirmed (172 new) and 154 deaths.

The Tocumen district now has the most reported cases (247).
