447 new Covid-19 cases on reopening eve
On Sunday, September 27. the day before of reopening Panama retail outlets, malls, and restaurants, Panama recorded 447 new positive cases of COVID-19, for a cumulative total of 110,555. 17 new deaths were reported, totaling 2,340, with a fatality of 2.1%, reports the Ministry of Health (Minsa)
The ministry confirmed Minsa reports that 3,584 tests were applied with a positivity percentage of 12.5%.
87,215 recovered patients are reported and active cases total 21,000.
