Tanker Truck Fire in Santa Rita de Antón Panama Where Firefighters Responded.

A tanker truck caught fire this Wednesday near Santa Rita de Antón, Coclé province, causing an emergency in the area.  Units from the Meritorious Fire Department of the Republic of Panama, Coclé Regional Zone, traveled to the site to control and extinguish the fire, applying the corresponding safety protocols.  Authorities advised drivers and pedestrians to avoid the area and follow the instructions of emergency teams.  Those traveling through the area are asked to reduce speed, maintain distance and, if possible, use alternate routes while the situation is being addressed.
