With Operation in Los Santos Migration Strengthens Actions against Human Trafficking

Two people were captured during Operation “Blue Charter”, carried out in the district of Las Tablas, province of Los Santos, as part of an investigation into the alleged crime of human trafficking.  According to the National Migration Service (SNM), the detainees are a Panamanian citizen and a Colombian citizen with permanent residency in the country, who had an outstanding arrest warrant for this crime. Both were placed at the disposal of the competent authorities.  The operation was carried out jointly by the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the DNIP, the DIJ, Interpol and the National Migration Service.  If it’s for a news portal, this structure is more natural because it starts with the news event and then attributes the information to the National Migration Service
