The New Chinese Ambassador to Panama is Zhang Xiangyan
The diplomat becomes Beijing’s third representative in the country.
The new Chinese Ambassador to Panama is indeed Zhang Xiangyan, who recently arrived in the country to officially assume his role as the third Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Panama. Upon his arrival, he was received at the airport by diplomatic officials, including Ángela Álvarez from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Panama, to begin strengthening bilateral cooperation between the two nations.
The new ambassador of the People’s Republic of China, Zhang Xiangyan, arrived in Panama to formally assume his diplomatic duties in the country, it was reported this Wednesday. The diplomat was received at the airport this Tuesday by Ángela Álvarez, Director General in charge of Protocol and Ceremonial of the Panamanian Foreign Ministry, as well as diplomats from the Chinese Embassy in Panama.
