American Citizens Services Outreach in Boquete Panama May 13 of 2026 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
U.S. Embassy Panama City is pleased to announce that representatives from the American Citizens Services (ACS) Unit will visit Boquete on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, to meet with U.S. citizens and provide limited consular services. Please review the information below and use the link provided to request an appointment.
The Consul for ACS will be available to meet with U.S. citizens, answer questions, and learn about your experiences as U.S. citizens living in Boquete at the Boquete Library from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Following this session, ACS staff will provide limited passport renewal services and notarial services, by appointment only, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The following consular services will be offered. Note that passport services are limited to applicants who have previously been issued a U.S. passport.
- Passport – Renewal of a minor passport (less than 16-years-old)
- Passport – Renewal for first-time adult passport (16-years-old and older)
- Passport – Replacement of a lost/stolen/damaged U.S. passport
- Passport – Renewal of an adult passport that cannot be renewed by mail (e.g., change of name; incorrect information on current passport)
- Notarial – Parental consent for the issuance of a passport (DS-3053)
- Notarial – Panama driver’s license validation form
- Notarial – Documents for the U.S. Social Security Administration
- Notarial – Statement of income for Panamanian residency
