Jamis Acosta, a Member of Parliament from the Realizando Metas Party, Wants a Review of the Conviction Imposed on Ricardo Martinelli

The proposal presented by the Ombudsman Eduardo Leblanc pictured below, supports a project that would benefit the former President of Panama, Ricardo Martinelli, who is currently in exile in Colombia after spending more than a year in the Nicaraguan Embassy in Panama City.  This is a story in progress.  Check back later for updates.
