Atheyna Bylon Training Center Inaugurated in Panama City
The President of the Republic of Panama, José Raúl Mulino, inaugurated the “Tierra de Campeones- Atheyna Bylon” training center, in an event that highlights the commitment to sports and the training of new talents.
During the inauguration in November, the president stressed that this space is destined to be a breeding ground for champions, emphasizing that “this place is called to train, it is called to promote sport.”
Mulino also emphasized the security of the center, assuring that gang members will not be allowed into the facilities. “It is impossible for gang members to come here and try to take over these places as they do with other complexes. They will not come here, and I will give instructions so that this place is protected from that mafia,” he commented. He also announced that announcements will be made soon regarding sports development in the province of Colón.
In addition to President Mulino, the event was attended by the director of Pandeportes, Miguel Ordóñez, and prominent boxers such as Atheyna Bylon and Frank Abrego, who celebrated the progress of national boxing. This center promises to be a key platform for the development of sport in the country.
