Mayor seeks answer to garbage problem

Mayor Bosco Vallarino has finally turned from his Christmas fantasies to the problems of garbage collection in the capital city. 
“Outsourcing” is the answer, says the neophyte city leader explaining that outsourcing is not privatization, since the implication is "a service contract and pay per ton collected.”
However, the Mayor said that circumstances have forced him to have to buy trucks to answer to the public because it (garbage) is a health issue.
The idea is to purchase between 20 and 40 garbage trucks, he added.
