Scholarship program with Cuba in the cards

Panama is seeking to revive the scholarship program it once had with Cuba says Vice President and Foreign Minister, Juan Carlos Varela.

During talks with Cuban Foreign, Minister Esteban Lazo Hernández,in Havana, the “potential to diversify and deepen existing ties between both countries," was high on the agenda,. according to a story on the front page of Cuban newspaper Granma.
