Traffic snarl round El Carmen set to worsen

ONE MORE  addition to Panama’s strangled traffic flow starts on Thursday December 22  as  work begins on moving utilities for the construction of the El Carmen subway station.

The intersection of Aquilino de la Guardia and Via Espana near the Hotel El Panama will be closed for at least a year. Diversions will be set up involving Calle 52, Federico Boyd,and Aquilino de la Guardia which will become a two way street …. Happy Christmas driving.
