Call for change in bus user habits
After a year in operation, users of the Metro Bus system continue to complain of lack of coordination of buses on routes during peak demand, improper stops, and the lack of links to other bus routes

While the structural changes, are taking place the authorities are asking users for patience and a change of habits. Rafael Escobar, director of Panama’s transit authority Authority (ATTT), said that after a year of operation a change of cultural habits among users is needed.
