Taxidriver stabbed and killed, car stolen

A TAXIDRIVER was stabbed and killed in Macanao, near Caldera, Chiriqui on the weekend. His body was found on a rural road. The taxi he was driving was stolen.

The driver was identified as Pablo Gonzalez . According to judicial sources, Gonzalez took a passenger to the Gualaca area where he was attacked.

 Regional National Police, Director Marcos Cordoba said that checkpoints were activated and a Gualaca resident caught driving the taxi in the area near La Concepción, Bugaba district.
