Canal expansion locks on schedule says contract group

THE PRINCIPLE objective of Grupo Unidos por el Canal (GUPC) is to finish the work of expansion of the waterway in the appropriate time so the international market and Panama can use the new set of locks said a press release on Monday December 15.

So far, GUPC has complied with the schedule presented to the ACP getting the work already has more than 64 % complete.
