Parents asked to oppose teachers strike

Teachers unions are calling for a 24-hour strike on Friday, April 11 and the education minister is asking parents to become her allies.
According to the union Aeve, the strike, which will start at 7 a.m., is due to the lack of answers from the Ministry of Education to the list of demands which was delivered in March.
Education Minister Lucy Molinar has urged parents to be their "allies" against this measure taken by the teachers and send their students to school as usual.
