Martinelli king of shamelessness – Mayor

PANAMA City Mayor Jose Isabel Blandon hit out at former president Ricardo Martinelli on Saturday, August 16, labeling him “the king of shamelessness”

 He was commenting on Metro TV, Martinelli’s recent denunciations of alleged wiretapping ” What I perceive in his posts is that he is afraid of investigations against him,” said Blandon .
On Thursday August 14, Martinelli posted a message on his Twitter account saying: “Whoever wants to call me or send me messages via cell knows that it is consistent. This government has pricked [tapped] me: I have nothing to hide. “
The president, in record time, was sworn in to Parlacen (Central American Parliament) on July 1 – a day after leaving office, a move, commentators believe, to shield himself from investigation. He has also had his own problems with wiretapping exposed on Wikileaks.
