High end property linked to ex- PAN boss under investigation

A HIGH END  PROPERTY in Costa Del Este is a target of the First Anticorruption Prosecutor’s Office, which is investigating the crime of corruption in the National Assistance Program (Pan)under  the administration of Rafael Guardia Jaen ,

Tiritiamo Investment Society, Inc., is listed as the owner of a luxury home in a residential Costa Serena, Costa del Este.
The 37th house on lot 49519, was acquired by Tiritiamo Investments in July 2013, according to reports that rest in the Public Registry reports La Prensa.
The luxury property was acquired, for some $ 940,000, but its value has increased since as additions have been made like a Jacuzzi and pool
This is another property that is credited to Rafael Guardia Jaen former director of the PAN, and more than a dozen properties that are attributed to him are being investigated.
So far, authorities have detected about $9 million in bank accounts and term deposits, in which the former official appears as signatory or beneficiary, judicial sources told La Prensa.
The luxurious residence in Costa Serena was paid by the buyer with $400,000 and the balance (half a million dollars) would be paid through a letter promising irrevocable payment issued by Banesco, where accounts totaling some $3.7 million dollars in the name of Guardia Jaen have been frozen in addition to $4 million in Unibank.
