Four new walkways operating at Tocumen

Four new mobile passenger walkways are now operational at Tocumen International Airport following a three- year hiatus caused by design flaws in the original installation. They will be of special benefit to transiting travelers passengers, making connections in the Panamanian terminal. 

To ensure  that the  walkways will continue to operate smoothly the airport authority  used direct contract  to hire a company to build  a protective structure that together with a vapor barrier that will prevent condensation and rust  and the entry of waste that may affect the mechanisms of the treadmills
