Students and families march to Martyrs Memorial

OVER 300 people marched  from the National Institute to the Martyrs’ Memorial in Santa Ana in the afternoon of Saturday, January 9.
The monument is dedicated to the students who died in the events of Jan. 9, 1964. The participants included family members of the victims of the events, who are credited for having started the movement that led the returning of the Canal Zone area and the waterway to Panama from the United States.
