Attempted murder suspect seeks medical aid

DAVID VITERI the gangster who lived like a potentate  when last held in a Panama jail, and has survived an assassination attempt while manipulating the justice system. has asked a judge to grant him medical attention.

The request came on Tuesday Dec.6  wth Viteri claiming he suffers from diabetes mellitus.

Viteri also said  that before his arrest  on November 30  in the
Trump Tower, in Punta Pacifica , he suffered two cerebrovascular
attacks.
When arrested Viteri was found  with a 9 mm Glock pistol and a 15 cartridge loader.

At the hearing, the judge of guarantees, Carolina Santamaría, granted him medical attention.

On  December 1, the director of the National Police director  Omar Pinzón, confirmed  the detention of Viteri in an apartment in the Trump Tower after an intelligence operation that began two years ago. He is due in court on  January 30, to face charges of attempted murder.
