Compliance hearing for paroled ex-Supreme Court President

Former Supreme  Court president Alejandro Moncada Luna, on parole  since March will appear in court

Monday, October 8, for a compliance hearing.

It is a routine event, requested by the Court of Compliance, to verify if the ex-judge  is complying

with the conditions imposed when he was granted parole.

On March 5, 2015, Moncada Luna was sentenced to a reduced sentence of five years in prison, after pleading guilty to unjustified enrichment and falsification of public documents. This, after he could not justify the purchase of two luxury apartments in Coco del Mar.

On March 22, 2018, Moncada Luna left El Renacer Prison and lives in a house in Bethany.
