Mediation for driver who killed student on crossing

The trial of a 19-year-old driver who struck and killed university student   Rosaida Lorenzo, 18 on a crossing in front, of the Technical University of Panama was adjourned on Monday, March 19.

 The intermediate hearing was held in the Accusatory Criminal System, with the vehicle driver was present, who was charged with manslaughter and personal injury.

According to a note published on the Public Ministry’s twitter, the complainants, and the defense reached an agreement to go to mediation and a hearing was scheduled at the Mediation Center for April 3, The mediation reading will be held on April 22.
