Red flag raised to ban city crowds from beaches and spas
Panama’s Civil Protection System (Sinaproc), has placed a red flag banning access to beaches, rivers, and spas nationwide, “as part of the preventive measures against Covid-19, says the entity’s director, Carlos Rumbo Pérez The move is based on the emergency decree banning assemblies of more than 50 people
Some municipalities have already imposed a ban including of San Félix, Alanje, Barú, Antón, Chame and San Carlos. In other areas, local residents have blocked roads to keep away people from Panama City.
