Panama, Mayor José Luis Fábrega, was hit with two fines on Saturday, August 1 after photos of him on a beach in Coronado when he was approached by a Justice of the Peace and members of the National Police appeared on social networks.
He later claimed that he was on the beach in front of his house.

The Ministry of Health (Minsa) reported that the sanction was two fines, one imposed by the Justice of the Peace and the other by the ministry.
