More Canadian indigenous school graves found

Another 182 unmarked graves have been discovered at a third indigenous boarding school in Canada, a local group announced Wednesday, following two similar finds.

Experts located what are believed to be the remains of students between the ages of seven and 15 at the former St. Eugene’s Mission School near Crankbrook in British Columbia, the Lower Kootney Band said in a statement.

This comes after nearly 1,000 unmarked graves have been found since late May in former Canadian residential schools.
