Fuel Prices Increase in Panama

Panama has announced adjustments to liquid fuel prices, which will take effect on July 12, 2024, and will remain in effect until July 26, 2024.  According to the official statement, the new prices will be as follows: 

○  95 Octane Gasoline will experience an increase of 0.02 cents per liter. 

○  91 Octane Gasoline will increase by 0.03 cents per liter. 

○  Diesel: You will see an increase of 0.02 cents per liter. 

These adjustments respond to fluctuations in the international fuel market, reflecting recent changes in global conditions.  The Ministry of Energy emphasized that in Panama, consumer prices are determined by a Parity Formula designed to avoid speculation, guaranteeing equitable and transparent adjustments.
