The Chiriquí Grande-Gualaca Road is Closed Due to a Landslide
The Ministry of Public Works (MOP) reported that the institution’s machinery is being moved to the Chiriquí Grande-Gualaca road for repairs.
On the morning of Saturday, August 1st, a landslide occurred on the Chiriquí Grande-Gualaca road, completely blocking the passage of buses, cargo trucks, and private vehicles. The Ministry of Public Works (MOP) in the province of Bocas del Toro reported that machinery from the institution is being moved to the site to clear the road and restore vehicular traffic.
