There are Ten Election Candidates for Rector at Unachi in Panama

The race for Rector of the Autonomous University of Chiriquí (Unachi) has begun. Ten academics and university officials are vying to become the new head of the institution, following the resignation of Rector Etelvina Medianero de Bonagas amid a financial and institutional crisis. 

Among the candidates is Ramón Rodríguez pictured above, the current dean of the Faculty of Economics, one of the university’s key academic units and where Etelvina de Bonagas was a professor. Rodríguez has developed his career in university administration and professional training.
