The Institute for the Training and Development of Human Resources (IFARHU) reminded primary, middle and high school students pre-selected in the 2026 General Scholarship Competition that the Socioeconomic Sworn Statement is a mandatory requirement to complete their application.
Steps to obtain the Socioeconomic Affidavit
- Visit the official website: www.ifarhuconcurso.gob.pa .
- Go to the “General Scholarship Competition” section.
- Click on the “Socioeconomic Affidavit” option.
- Download and print the document for free
Start of Document Reception
The first phase of in-person delivery will begin in the central provinces on Monday, April 20, and will cover the following points:
- Provinces: Herrera and Los Santos (Azuero Region).
- Coclé: Specifically in the districts of Aguadulce and Penonomé.
- Levels: Elementary, middle, high school and university students.
