14 Minors Escape from Tocumen CAI: Amber Alert Activated
Authorities are investigating the property damage and theft of money during the incident, while requesting public assistance in locating the escaped teenagers. Following the incident, immediate actions were deployed in coordination with security agencies.
An Amber alert was activated after 14 minors escaped from the Comprehensive Care Center (CAI) in Tocumen, following an incident on the night of Tuesday, March 24, which has generated a large search operation by the authorities. According to official information, the incident resulted in material damage to the facilities, as well as the theft of money. It was also confirmed that among the escaped minors there are two brothers. Following the incident, immediate actions were deployed in coordination with security agencies to locate the teenagers, while investigations continue to clarify the circumstances of the escape.
