This Sunday, Panama Metro’s Albrook Station will Open at Noon
The work will focus on the pedestrian walkway that connects the Albrook station of the Panama Metro with the Transportation Terminal.
The Panama Metro announced that the Albrook Station will begin operations at 12:00 pm this Sunday, March 29. The schedule adjustment is due to the installation of the new roof that will connect the future Line 3 with Line 1. Work will focus on the pedestrian walkway that connects to the Transportation Terminal. Once the station is open at noon, staff will continue working in the area under strict protocols to ensure the safety of users.
Line 1 Operation This Sunday
- May 5th – Villa Zaita section: Will operate regularly in both directions from 7:00 am
- Albrook Station: Closed from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm.
- Terminal Connection: Travelers are advised to make arrangements if they plan to travel to the interior of the country during the morning.
