Mayer Mizrachi’s $10 Million Lawsuit against the State was Rejected by the Third Chamber

The Third Administrative Litigation Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice dismissed an administrative litigation claim for compensation filed by the current district mayor of Panama, Mayer Mizrachi, seeking $10 million in damages from the State for the Public Ministry’s (MP) failure to provide public services.
